ReplyDeleteAs we are also custom builders we've found people are starting to get creative with their investment holdings and finding out that building a 'vacation home' is an IRS approved "Investment" in Self-directed IRA's. Not willing to see their net worth dwindle even further than 50%, several here recently are choosing to finally go ahead and build that dream log home as a way to diversify their investments while not having any tax or penalties for using their 401-k's to do so! How's business in your neck of the woods?
